Our program features a presentation by David Grey, Head of School at Brummana Friends School in Lebanon. He will discuss the challenges of managing a Quaker school in the Middle East during these difficult times. This talk is part of a series David will give in the Delaware Valley in mid-April. The event is organized by Central Philadelphia Peace and Social Concerns Committee and PYM Middle East Collaborative. Some may recall David’s visit in Fall 2022, when he shared insights about the troubles in Lebanon and how the Brummana High School community was impacted and responded. His presentation was both moving and inspiring.
